| 摘 要： | 大学生职业生涯规划应该从大学生经历的三个阶段:高校职业规划课程的设计、大学生职业生涯规划的现状和社会就业服务机构职业生涯规划的现状来进行分析,通过分析大学生目前难就业的原因,初步探讨如何规划好大学生人生职业规划的第一步,详细设计和规划大学生在高校职业设计的蓝图,从而使大学生能在踏入职场后,顺利的迎接人生的挑战.

On Occupation Plan of College Students |

| Abstract: | College students' occupation plan can be analyzed from three stages which the students come through: curriculum design of the college occupation plan, the present situation of students' occupation plan,the social employment service organization. Through the preliminary analysis of the reason of the difficulties of the employment of college students, the first step of students' life occupation plan is discussed. To labor and plan the design blueprint of students' occupation plan in colleges, thus enables students greet the life challenge smoothly after treading into the job field. |
