| 摘 要： | 内蒙古经济增长对就业拉动的效果有限。工业作为带动内蒙古经济增长的主导产业，却出现工业经济增长越快、就业增长越慢的情况。工业中不同所有制经济吸纳就业的能力具有很大差异，向量误差修正模型显示，国有经济工业总产值增长加速度每提高1％，就业增长加速度就降低1．539％，其投资增长加速度每提高1％，就业增长加速度就提高0．591％。集体经济工业总产值和投资的就业弹性分别为0．96和-0．393，个体私营经济工业总产值和投资的就业弹性分别为1．333和-0．857，其他所有制经济工业总产值和投资的就业弹性分别为1．360和-0．643。
