| Abstract: | Zhong Changtong is a famous thinker and an expert of political theory, and his thoughts of administrative management embody in the following: the theory of administrative powers against the system of enfeoffment, the theory of administrative system (One is in charge of one's administrative achievements and defects.), the theory of administrative practice (developing virtues by punishing the evil and revising laws with the times), the administrative theory of personnel (promoting good talents) and the thoughts of macro-economic management on Fu Jing Tian and raising taxes. |
