摘    要:主要运用系统动力学仿真模型,探究现存模式下我国产学研合作过程中产生的问题,并通过VENSIM模拟政府行为的驱动效果。得出结论,财政科技投入的统一管理、基础设施的进一步优化以及科技金融的发展对产学研合作创新均有明显的驱动作用。

Abstract:With the constant deepening of cooperation innovation by the industry, study and research in our domestic innovation development, the driving effect of the government behavior has become more and more obvious in the process of such cooperation innovation. This paper mainly adopts the simulation model of system dynamics, explores the problems in such cooperation innovation process under the existing model, and simulates the driving effect of the government behavior through VENSIM. It turns out that, the uniform management of the financial science and technology input, and the further optimization of the infrastructure and the development of the sci-tech finance have obvious driving effect on the cooperation innovation by the industry, study and research.
