| 摘 要： | 电子政务是我国现代化建设进程中加强政府管理，优化办公流程，实现统一、高效、廉洁、规范的电子政府的重要发展战略。电子政务关系到国家安全和政府工作的正常运转，积极采用安全技术、认真研究防范措施等安全问题，是电子政务建设中的关键。
