| Abstract: | The quality of interviews depends largely on the atmosphere being harmonious or not.This paper discussed how to create a harmonious atmosphere during interviews from a reporter's preparation,location and time of interview,timing,the reporter's appearance and behaviors,the emotional aspects of communication between the reporter and the interviewees. |
