| 摘 要： | 反垄断法具有很大的不确定性，在克服其不确定性中，反垄断法的目的法律的解释中发挥了重要的作用，竞争管理机构、法院在克服法律的不确定性中也具有不可替代的作用。由于反垄断法对经济的重视，经济分析在克服反垄断法的不确定性中具有非常重要的作用。经济分析方法是一种正在发展的分析方法。
