| 摘 要： | 自耕农的概念和标准问题，长期以来并未取得一致认识．针对当前这一争议，本文以河北为例，从我国的国情出发，并运用科学的方法，具体问题具体分析，并在前人已有研究成果的基础上，对自耕农概念和标准做出了更为科学合理的分析与界定．

| Abstract: | For a long time,the concept and standard of the owner peasants issues have not been reached an agreement. Taking the owner peasants of Hebei Province for example,based on the actuarial situation in China,this article gives a concrete analysis on this matter with scientific method.Proceeding from national conditions of China,it makes a more scientific and rational analysis on the concept and standard of owner peasants. |
