摘    要:影响中小学继续教育质量提高的因素主要表现为 :1、培训内容针对性不强 ;2、培训形式缺乏灵活性 ;3、培训基地资质水平不高 ;4、参训教师学习动机不强。为此 ,我们必须采取如下措施 :构建目标体系 ,突出阶段重点 ;加强教材建设 ,改善办学条件 ;强化学习动机 ,形成立体培训网络。

Abstract:Discussed in this articles are factors hindering the improvement of the quality in further education for primary and middle school teachers.They are(1)the lack of specification in the training course,(2)the lack of flexibility in the training form,(3)the lowquality of training service in the training centers,(4)the lack of a strong learning motive among the teachers attending training.The following measures,therefore,are presented in order to solve the problem:to establish the systematical objectives and stress the different focus of difference stages,to improve the development of teaching materials and conditions in the training centers;to enhance the teachers'learning motive and form a network of training.
