| 摘 要： | 现代企业制度是全民所有制最佳实现形式，是我国国有企业改革的方向、建立现代企业制度，必须坚持以公有制为主体，必须实事求是地正确分析国有企业的现状和面临的形势，对国有企业的改革充满信心。建立现代企业制度，要解决发展道路问题；抓好试点，突破重点和难点；加快配套改革；逐步培养和造就一支企业家队伍和高级管理人才。

| Abstract: | Modern business system is the best form to practise the ownership by the whole people,and the direction of reform of the state-owned enterprises.In order to establish modern business system publicu-owned economy must remain the main part of that of the whole,correct analysis must be carried out of the status quo of the state-owned enterprises and the situation they are facing,and we must have faith in the reform of the enterprises. In order to establish modern business system a road of development must be found,experiments must be made so as to solve those important and difficult problems,auxiliary reforms must be accelerated,and a large army of businessmen and high administrative personnel must be gradually trained |
