| 摘 要： | 技术创新固然重要，但对企业来说，技术创新战略更重要。该如何制定企业管理技术创新战略呢？本文介绍制定企业技术创新战略的产业组织模式和资源基础模式，并在此基础上对两种基本模式的整合进行探讨。
