| 摘 要： | 中国足球职业化改革12年,足球水平的提高不甚明显,28家职业足球俱乐部中超过半数的发展受限,甚至是举步维艰!缺乏核心竞争力是足球俱乐部陷入困境的根本原因。职业足球俱乐部发展的最活跃要素是球员,凝聚在共同的企业文化价值观念下的具有较高足球技战术专业素养和较高综合素质的足球运动员就是中国职业足球俱乐部的核心竞争力。足球技能和综合素质的提高缺一不可,培养优秀运动员,建设俱乐部企业文化,形成核心竞争力,是中国职业足球俱乐部振兴和发展的必由之路。

| Abstract: | Why did football clubs fall into the difficult position? Lacking the core competitiveness is the main reason of the embarrassment.The player is the most active essential factor of the professional football club development.The core competitiveness of the Chinese professional football club is the player,under the common enterprise culture and value idea,developed high football techniques and tactics,the high synthesis accomplishment,the football skill and the synthesis quality enhancement is indispensable too.Training the top athlete,constructing the club enterprise culture,forming the core competitiveness and so on can be possible ways to develop football clubs. |
