| 摘 要： | 近年来中小学教师的负担日见增益,由此导致了其工作态度浮躁、生活动力缺失、个人心理病变以及学校师资外流等一系列问题。究其原因包括教育行政管理的乏力、学校管理工作的偏颇、教师自身发展的冲突、社会文化因素的制约等。积极寻求减轻中小学教师负担的对策已成为当前基础教育改革中的重要课题之一。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the increasing burdens of teachers in primary and high schools lead to impetuous manner in working, lacking of life motivation, mental pathological changes, losses of faculty, and other serial problems. The reasons for this can be concluded as powerlessness in educational administration, biases in school management, conflicts in teachers' self- development, restriction of social and cultural factors, and so on. According to this, it has become one of the most important subjects in the present reform of fundamental education to seek actively the countermeasures to abate burdens of teachers in primary and high schools. |
