| 摘 要： | 移动互联网技术的高速发展,带动了移动终端的应用与普及,但同时移动终端也被许多不法分子所利用,高科技、高智能的犯罪活动呈现出高速增长及多样化的趋势。针对新型智能移动终端所使用的不同操作系统数据取证难的问题,应深入研究新型智能移动终端取证技术,为电子取证提供强大的技术保障和支持,有效提高案件侦破效率。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of mobile Internet technology has promoted the application and popularization of mobile terminals,but at the same time,mobile terminals have also become a tool used by many lawbreakers.The high-tech and intelligent criminal activities show a trend of rapid growth and diversity.For the different operating systems used in the new smart mobile terminal,data forensics is difficult,but at the same time,there are many effective methods for forensics.These technologies effectively improve the efficiency of case handling and detection in the process of case detection. |
