| 摘 要： | 以广东省深圳市福田区图书馆为研究对象,探求公共图书馆开展文化扶贫项目的现状及效益,分析扶贫项目实施过程中遇到的难点与困境,并从文化扶贫精准识别、扶贫动态管理机制建设、扶贫项目反馈评估及多元主体协同扶贫四个方面提出可操作性建议,以此为图书馆开展文化扶贫项目实践提供借鉴参考。

| Abstract: | Taking Futian District Library as an example,the paper explores the implementation status and benefits of cultural poverty alleviation projects carried out by public libraries.This paper also analyzes the difficulties encountered in the practice of poverty alleviation projects,and puts forward operational suggestions from four aspects:precise identification of cultural poverty alleviation,construction of dynamic management mechanism for poverty alleviation,feedback and evaluation of poverty alleviation projects and collaborative poverty alleviation by multiple subjects,so as to provide reference for public libraries to carry out cultural poverty alleviation projects. |
