| 摘 要： | 本文以国家重点实验室和工程技术研究中心为主要对象,分析了我国创新基地的发展特点.认为我国创新基地建设实现了按重点学科和创新链的基本布局,"十二五"应在现有基础上,加快面向国家战略需求进行重点布局,建设一批国家重大创新基地,提升创新基地的创新能力.
