| 摘 要： | 对贵州省黔东南州教育"9+3"计划实施情况进行研究,分析存在的问题,结合实际情况提出:从"多方筹措资金,提供教育经费保障;加强组织领导,强化机制保障;强化师资培养培训,提供师资保障;多措并举,提供控辍保学保障;多渠道宣传,为招生做好舆论保障;做好就业指导工作,建立就业保障机制"等六个方面来构建实施保障机制,确保黔东南州教育"9+3"计划全面实施、深入推进。

| Abstract: | This article studies on the implementation of Qiandongnan state education＂9 ＋ 3 ＂ plan in Guizhou Province,analyzes the existing problems,puts forward guarantee mechanism in six aspects according to the actual situation,which includes establishing and perfecting the system to provide the system safeguard,establishing and improving institutions to provide organizational guarantee,raising funds from multiple sources to provide capital guarantee,strengthening teacher training to provide teachers＇ guarantee,taking innovative ways of personnel training to provide quality assurance,promoting from multiple media channels to provide public opinion guarantee to ensure that Qiandongnan state education ＂9 ＋ 3＂ plan can be fully implemented and get far enough. |
