| 摘 要： | 针对当前高职院校就业指导课程教学中存在的问题,结合高职院校就业工作特点,提出在就业指导课程教学中介入社会工作的小组工作方法。小组工作方法介入的可行性为:借鉴社会工作价值观为就业指导课程教学服务,引入发展模式作为就业指导课程教学的补充,课程教学活动为小组工作方法的介入提供了良好的条件。小组工作方法介入的注意事项为:做好充分的准备工作,结合教学目标有针对性地确立小组工作目标,教师在小组工作中进行角色转换,灵活运用小组工作的技巧。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the problems existing in the teaching of employment guidance course and combining with the characteristics of the employment in higher vocational colleges,the article presents the method of group work in social work used in the course.The feasibility of the group work method is shown below：referring to social work values to be used in employment guidance course teaching,introducing the development model as a supplement to the course teaching and activities in the course teaching,providing favorable conditions for the group work method getting involved.The notes below should be considered while using the group work method：being fully-prepared before teaching,setting group work targets according to the teaching objectives,teacher roles changing in group work and flexibly using group work skills. |
