| 摘 要： | 专业技术人员培训已成为我国继续教育事业中重要的组成部分，具有学科专业性强、前期投入成本大、进入门槛高等特点。文章提出高校继续教育机构可以通过整合政府、社会团体、专业院系和企业等主体的培训资源，形成战略合作关系，同时加大课程研发力度，便可形成自身的核心竞争力。

| Abstract: | Specizlized technical training has become the important part of China's continuing education,and has some characteristics,such as strong academic,high cost,high entry-threshold.The paper proposes that the university's continuing education institutions can form their core competitive ability through the strategic alliances,which are procured by integrating the training resources of government,social organization,specialized college and enterprise. |
