高校课堂教学质量结构方程模型构建与应用——教师评价的视角

摘    要:将结构方程模型方法用于高校课堂教学质量研究,可以借助观测模型和结构模型来探索潜变量及其相互间的因果关系。基于教师评价视角,对某高等学校课堂教学质量进行调查,对构成课堂教学质量及其因果变量的相互关系进行分析和模型的路径设计,构建了高校课堂教学质量模型,并借助LISREL8.7软件进行了分析,证实模型有较好的拟合度。

Construction of a Structural Equation Model of Classroom Teaching Quality Based on Teacher Evaluation and Empirical Aualysis

Abstract:The observation model and the structural model can be used to explore the latent variables and their mutual causal relationship by employing the structural equation model method for the study of college classroom teaching quality.From the perspective of teacher evaluation,the present paper made a survey of the quality of classroom teaching of a certain university and devised a college classroom teaching quality model by analyzing the relationship between the quality of classroom teaching and its causal variables and making path design for the model.An analysis with LISREL8.7 showed that the model achieved satisfactory fit.
