| 摘 要： | 度假环境是度假业发展的基础，基于生活形态探究山地旅游者度假环境满意水平的差异，对山地度假业发展的科学决策，意义重大。聚类分析生活形态基础数据，将张家界旅游者分为积极型和消极型两类．采用独立样本T检验分析其度假环境满意水平差异，然后采用交义分析得到其对度假环境满意程度的差异状况。结果表明，张家界旅游者中的积极型和消极型两类人群的度假环境满意水平存在差异，消极型人群的满意水平高于积极型人群，基础环境的满意水平高于管理环境，营建环境的满意水平最低。

| Abstract: | Vacation environment is the basis of vacation industry. Based on the lifestyle, the author explores the satisfaction level difference of resort environment. It is good to make scientific decision and by doing cluster analysis, the crowd was divided into positive and negative type. Using independent sample t - test, we explore the satisfaction level difference of the two groups. With cross an＇,dysis, we get the satisfaction differences. The results show that there exist differences in terms of satisfaction level of the two groups. The level of negative type group is higher than that of the positive type. The satisfaction level of basic environmental is the highest. The second is management environment . The last is construction environment. |
