研究生课堂教学模式的误区

摘    要:加强研究生课堂教学是提高研究生教育质量的重要视点,这是基于当下研究生教育规模扩张以及导师评价体系的现实思考,也是由不断发展的课堂教学的规定性所决定,还因研究生学习的性质、任务所必需。基于研究生课堂教学的实际,总结归纳出3种模式,即“讲授、讨论”式、“练习、实践”式、“导读、研讨”式。深入分析每一种模式的运用,可以说优劣同在。研究生课堂教学需要打破固定、先验的框架,营造出一种自由、自主的环境氛围,这不仅需要教师要有渊博的学识、高超的教学水平,同时更需教师具有感染学生心灵的思想境界。

Abstract:The reasons why graduate classroom teaching plays a critical role in improving the quality of graduate education can be ascribed to the reflection on the reality that current graduate education has a growing scale and mentor evaluation system,to the provisions of the continuous development of classroom teaching,and,last but not the least,to the needs of the nature and task of graduate learning.Three kinds of classroom teaching modes can be concluded from teaching practice: lectures/discussions mode(teachers speak),practice/practice mode(students speak),the primer/seminar type(both teachers and students speak).It is obvious that each of these modes has both strengths and weaknesses when we observe with critical eyes.Graduate classroom teaching needs to break the fixed and priori framework to create a free and independent ambience,which requires teachers to have not only vast knowledge and superb level of teaching,but also mental realm that can influence students' soul with great power.
