| 摘 要： | 苏维埃是俄国革命的产物.它与十月革命的关系极为密切:建立苏维埃制度是布尔什维克革命所追求的一个重要目标,苏维埃内部各派政治力量的消长是布尔什维克判断革命形势成熟程度的晴雨表,布尔什维克最终通过十月革命在俄国确立了苏维埃民主制度.十月革命建立的苏维埃民主机制历经七十多年的实践,其意义是深远的,经验是丰富的,教训是深刻的.

| Abstract: | Soviet was the outcome of Russian revolution,and it was closely related with the October Revolution.It was an important goal of Bolshevik in this revolution to form a Soviet system.The growth and decline of the relative strength of all sides in varies Soviet organizations were the barometer of revolution for Bolshevik.And the Bolshevik at last set up a Soviet democratic system by the October Revolution.In its 70s' practices,the Soviet democracy provides us abundant lessons. |
