| 摘 要： | 以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央领导集体,紧紧围绕“建设中国特色社会主义”这一主题,创造性地提出了以科学发展观为标志和核心内容,包括构建社会主义和谐社会、建设社会主义新农村、建设创新型国家、坚持改革方向和完善社会主义市场经济体制、发展和完善社会主义民主的具体制度、树立“八荣八耻”的社会主义荣辱观、履行“三个提供、一个发挥”的军队历史使命、共建合作共赢的和谐世界、加强党的执政能力和先进性建设等一系列理论创新观点,进一步开拓了中国特色社会主义理论发展的新境界。

| Abstract: | The collective leadership of CPC headed by general secretary Hu Jin-tao,centering tightly on the topic of "building socialism with Chinese characteristics",puts forward a series of new theories and viewpoints,which center on the scientific concept of development,such as the building of a harmonious socialist society,the construction of a new socialist countryside and of a creative socialist country,adhering to reform and opening up and perfecting socialist market economic system,developing and perfecting socialist democratic system,building up socialist honor-disgrace outlook of "eight glories,eight shames",fulfilling Army's historic mission of "three provides,one play",building altogether a cooperative and jointly-winning harmonious world,strengthening the Party's governance capability and advanced nature,so as to open up a new vista of the theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. |
