| 摘 要： | 行政效率理论在我国的传播和发展对公文工作一直具有重要影响.本文从行政管理和公共管理的视角,对20世纪30年代以来中国公文工作效率研究和实践探索历程进行了归纳分析,并提出了当前公文工作效率研究需要克服的一些瓶颈问题.
