| 摘 要： | 担任山东巡抚十年间，丁宝桢协助曾国藩和李鸿章镇压捻军；智斩安得海；治理水患；创办山东机器局。加强山东海防建设等，表明了他是开明务实的洋务派督抚之一。由于时代和阶级的局限，其举措虽然大都没有跳出传统思维模式的窠臼，但保持了山东政局的相对稳定，推动了山东的近代化进程。因此丁宝桢在近代三十多个山东巡抚中堪称佼佼者。

| Abstract: | During his 10 years service, Ding Bao-zhen, Shandong governor, suppressed Nian troop as assisting force for Zeng Guofan and Li Hongzhang. In addition,he solved the flood problem,set up Shandong Machinery Factory, and strengthened the sea defense, which indicates him as a open-minded and practical official. Due to the limitation of time and class, his governing measures failed to surpass the constraint of traditional thinking mode. However, his management promised the stability of Shandong province and advanced its modernization. Therefore,he is the most excellent governor comparing with over 30 officials in contemporary time. |
