弹性血管二维分岔模型的有限元分析及数值模拟

摘    要:采用任意拉格朗日—欧拉方法(ALE),对二维弹性分岔血管中的速度场和压力场进行了分析.通过弹性分岔血管中与刚性分岔血管中速度场和压力场的比较,结果表明:在刚性分岔血管中,其分岔口的速度和压力都比较大;而在弹性分岔血管中,由于管壁的弹性影响,其分岔口的速度和压力都比刚性分岔血管的小,更加接近于正常的生理状况.所以,弹性血管比刚性血管的模拟效果好,它既能够方便于我们了解心血管疾病的机理,尽早地预防心血管疾病,又能够为临床实验工作提供一种好的理论分析方法.

Abstract:In this article,by arbitrary Lagrange-Euler method(ALE),the velocity field and pressure field of the 2-dimensional elastic bifurcation blood vessels are analyzed.Through the comparison of the two fields in elastic bifurcation vessels and rigid bifurcation vessels,we have found that in the forks of the rigid bifurcation blood vessels,the speed is quicker and pressure is higher than that of the elastic bifurcation vessel,because the later is influenced by the elasticity of the wall.It is more similar to normal physiological condition and can get better results in simulations.It is convenient for us to understand the mechanism of cardiovascular diseases and prevent these disease as early as possible and provides good theoretical analysis for clinical experiments.
