| 摘 要： | 地方本科院校旅游管理专业加强实践教学改革,是完善地方本科院校教育教学体制的需要,是增强旅游管理专业学生就业竞争力的需要。对新建地方本科院校旅游管理专业加强实践性教学的重要意义和存在的问题进行了分析,并从建立适合旅游管理专业实践教学环节的保障体系和培养适合地方经济社会发展需要的高素质旅游管理应用型人才方面进行了探索。

| Abstract: | To perfect educational system and improve the competitiveness of students’ employment,practice teaching reform should be strengthened for the speciality of tourism management in local universities.This paper is to analyze the important significance and existing problems.It also probes into the ensurance system and the cultivation of qualified application type talents of tourism management to meet the needs of local economic development. |
