| Abstract: | University Journal is the cultural garden, which displays and exchanges the achievements in scientific research, it plays the important role, such as displaying the dissemination information, gathering the knowledge together , prospering academic, and developing culture. It combines academy and integration into one, so the editors put more stringent requirements. Therefore, the quality of the editors embodies and influences, even determines the academic quality and publishing quality of the Journal. |
