| Abstract: | With the continuous deepening of the western development policy, education in western is faced with the excellent opportunities for development. In the process of transformation, it is especially important for the western new colleges to figure out how to coordinate the working relations, strengthen the inner management and establish a scientific theory on managing undergraduate colleges. This paper is to elaborate on the necessity of the assessment of objective management in western new undergraduate college, the problems arising in the process and relevant policies. |
