| 摘 要： | 控制和降低行政成本,是我国深化行政管理体制改革,建设服务型政府的重要目标.推行电子政务与降低行政成本之间具有辩证统一的关系.推进电子政务在降低政府成本中的作用具体体现在:可以大大节省办公费用,使得政府行政成本支出更加规范化、合理化,有效防止腐败滋生,降低政府的摩擦成本、协调成本和决策风险成本,并为公民和企业带来间接经济效益.
