| Abstract: | Farmers in Xifefig District, Gansu province , have enjoyed significant income growth in recent years. Having reviewed the roles that projects play in increasing the peasants＇ income, the paper analyzes the favorable and potential conditions, problems existing in sustained increase of peasants ＇ income. At the same time , some suggestions to deal with those problems are presented. |
