| 摘 要： | 正面典型教育在很长一段时间对人们起到巨大的示范、引导和激励作用，是思想政治教育工作坚持的基本方针。但是近年来正面典型教育所起的效果有弱化的趋势，这对思想政治工作提出了挑战。因此，分析正面典型教育效果弱化现象的原因并找出解决办法有着重要的意义。
