独立学院高校英语教师逆向思维的培养及实践

摘    要:随着大学英语教学改革的不断深入,交际教学法(CLT)已被认可并广泛用于教学实践。但调查发现,独立学院学生在CLT模式下的学习并未取得较好的预期效果。独立学院的学生特点决定了其英语教学改革不同于其他高校。逆向思维方式能够打破传统思维方式的束缚,从而能够解决那些用常规思维模式所不能解决的问题。高校英语教师应充分利用独立学院学生特点,运用逆向思维和各种教学条件,最大程度地提高学生英语学习兴趣和效率。

Cultivation and Practice of Independent College English Teachers' Reverse Thinking

Abstract:With the continuous development of the reform of col-lege English teaching, communicative language teaching (CLT) has been accepted and applied to the teaching practice. Never-theless, according to the survey, students from independent col-leges can't achieve the desired learning effect under the CLT. The reform of independent college English teaching is different from other colleges due to the characters of the students. The reverse thinking way breaks the bondage and solves those problems which can't be solved with the traditional thinking ways. College English teachers are supposed to make full use of the advantages of independent college students. By applying the reverse thinking way and different teaching conditions, teachers can improve the students' learning efficiency and arouse the interest of learning students to a great extent.
