CBL教学法在骨科早见习中的运用

摘    要:早见习是我们对临床见习的改革,是为了提高医学理论知识在实践中的运用能力做的调整。但传统的教学方法多以教师为中心,灌输骨科内容繁多的知识点,学生学习兴趣较低。在临床见习中运用案例教学法(CBL)的教学模式则以具体病例的问题为导向,让学生从临床医生的角度去分析问题、提出解决问题的方法。从而提高学生的学习主动性,培养了学生的临床思维能力。在实际教学中收到了良好的效果。

Abstract:Apprenticeship is our reform on clinical internship, aiming to improve the application of medical theory knowledge to practice. But traditional teaching methods are mainly centered by teachers, infiltrating large amount of knowledge on orthopedics and leading to students' low interest.However,case-based learn-ing approach(CBL) guides students with specific cases and prob-lems, and helps students to analyze and solve problems from the perspective of a clinical doctor. It can improve students' initiative in learning and cultivate their clinical thinking ability. Favorable effects have been achieved in practical teaching.
