| 摘 要： | 本文通过对烟台城乡老人的实地调查，从社会学的角度分析了胶东地区城乡老年人对医疗保障的满意度。问题在统计分析的基础上通过上述对城乡老年人医疗保障的满意度分析，我们得出以下结论：第一，绝大多数老人对当前的医疗保障不表示满意，尤其是城市老年人。第二，医疗服务费用过快的增长速度和相对剥夺感使得城市老年人对医保不满的程度远远高于农村。第三，在城镇，经过十年的推广，医疗保险覆盖率还是不高；在乡村，新型农村合作医疗保障水平和报销比例过低。
