| 摘 要： | 法律词语的语义变化包括新词的产生、由原有词义衍生出专门意义等。法律词语的变化不仅包括词语本身语义的变化,还有词语关系(sense relation)的变化。法律词语的变化一方面有和普通词语变化相同的原因,另一方面也有自身的特定原因。

| Abstract: | This article discuses the change of English legal words from the angle of the relationship between professional meaning and general meaning.It contains emergence of new words,derivation of professional words from original sense.What's more,the change of legal words not only includes the semantic change of word itself,but also involves the change of sense relation.These changes have the same reasons like common words as well as specific reasons. |
