| Abstract: | This paper reviewed the history of the humanist spirit in the East and West, and described the value of the human- ist spirit in the field of sport; the paper also analyzed the special cause of the absence of the humanist spirit in our country s school physical education, and suggested that school physical education should get the humanist spirit back in the new cen- tury. Finally, the paper discussed the measure concerned. |
