| 摘 要： | 为了推动美国基础教育改革，美国联邦政府通过立法确定美国基础教育的国家目标．这些以教育目标为导向的法案对我国基础教育改革有以下启示：制定全国性教育目标与标准做为一切改革的主导．教育改革是一项系统工程需全盘考虑各方配合，鼓励全国上下各行各业人士广泛参与教育改革，加强德、体、美、劳等方面的教育。

| Abstract: | In order to establish the State education reform, American government made the aims of basic education through legislation. The laws, guided by the Aim offer valuable enlightenments to China's basic education as follows: The State education aim and standard must be determined to lead any educational reforms, educational reform is a system project requiring thorough considerations and inter-sectional co-operation, people at all levels throughout the country should be encouraged to extensively participate in educational reforms, education should be strengthened on students' morality, intelligence, P.E, art, labor and etc. |
