| 摘 要： | “应用技术大学”是新建本科院校发展的必然趋势,通过介绍并结合德国应用技术大学的办学特色,对我国制药专业体系构建要素进行了分析,指出其应该具备以实践能力培养为主线的制药人才培养方案、以“双师型”型教师为主体的师资队伍、“开放互动”的教学模式和深入的校企合作等要素.

| Abstract: | ＂University of Applied Sciences＂ is the trend for new established colleges. This paper briefly describes the concept of ＂University of Applied Sciences＂ in Germany, and analyzes the key elements to construct the Pharmaceutical Profession System in China by referring to that in German. The key elements include improved personnel training programs focusing on practical ability, teacher team consisting of double-profession teachers, teaching mode of ＂openness and interaction＂ and better cooperation between school and enterprise. |
