| 摘 要： | 在射箭运动中,良好心理素质对于射箭运动员是至关重要的。文章主要运用文献资料法,对心理训练方法中的模拟训练进行研究,指出通过心理训练方法中的模拟训练可以有效地提高运动员的心理素质。
