| 摘 要： | 教师专业化是当今世界教师教育改革和教师职业发展的共同趋势。它对于教师树立专业自尊，明晰专业发展方向，增强专业学习的责任感和紧迫感，提高教师的专业地位与社会地位，增强教师职业的吸引力等有着积极而重要的意义。本文认为，为加速教师职业的专业化进程，策略上应做到：加强宣传力度，增强人们地教师职业专业性特质的认识，转变教师教育模式，确实提高教师教育的有效性，建立健全教师专业组织，争取政府与社会的广泛支持。

| Abstract: | Professional specialization of teachers is a common trend for current global reforms and development of teacher's education.Its significance is in the building of teacher's selfesteem,the clarification of the direction of specialization development,the strengthening of the sense of responsibility and urgency on the part of profession learners,and the increase of the attraction of the teaching profession.To step up the process of specialization,this paper proposes that,strategically,measuress should be taken to further popularize,the concepts concerned so as to strengther the public's consciousness,to modify the modes of education involved so as to enhance the validity of teachers' education,to set up and optimize the relevant administrative organizations,and finally,to enlist the aido and support from both the government and non-government sectors. |
