民族地区高职英语教育人才培养模式探析——以云南丽江为例

摘    要:构建人才培养模式是目前发展高职高专教育的关键性问题之一.丽江师专外语系英语教育专业在民族地区历经十多年探索发展,在兼顾高职高专教育理念的同时充分体现“师范性和专业化”的英语教育专业人才培养模式方面走出了自己的路子.本文从培养目标、专业设置和课程模式、培养途径模式等方面结合该专业建设的改革实践对民族地区高职英语教育专业人才培养模式进行了新的探索.

Abstract:Constructing talents training model is one of the key issues in the development of higher technical and vocational education.English Education Specialty of the Department of Foreign Languages of Lijiang Teachers College has gone through development of over ten years and has explored its own way in training model of English education talents,that is,to combine the concept of higher technical and vocational education with teacher-training and specialization characteristics.This paper introduces a new exploration of training model of higher vocational English education talents in ethnic regions and elaborates on its training goal,specialty setting,curriculum and training approach in order to share information with other teachers.
