| 摘 要： | 本文拟分别介绍美国、日本政府和社会对于城市公共基础设施防震抗震的重视情况,进而提出我国应从中借鉴的几个要点,一是城市基础设施防震抗震减灾功能应纳入城建规划;二是新设施要加强防震抗震设计,老设施要加强防震抗震改造;三是要优先保障城市生命线工程的防震抗震功能。

| Abstract: | This article introduces that how the American and Japanese government and society pay attention to earthquake prevention and protection on public infrastructure. And then, we argued that there are several points we should refer to from them. First, the earthquake prevention and protection on public infrastructure function should be involved into urban construction planning. Secondly, we need to enhance earthquake prevention and protection function on new equipments and improve earthquake prevention and protection on old equipment. Thirdly, prior guarantee the earthquake prevention and protection function on urban lifeline engineering. |
