| 摘 要： | 技术优势是跨国公司国际化经营的核心竞争力。我国跨国公司的投资表现出区位多元化、行业集中化的特点。基于这一特点,结合传统跨国公司理论、Lou is T.W ells的小规模技术理论和San jaya Lall的技术地方化理论进行分析,总结出我国跨国公司的技术优势来源于适应小规模生产的特点、技术地方化的累积效应、母子公司之间的技术内部化、边际产业的技术转移、跨国并购获取相关技术和R&D全球化等六个方面,并画出了我国跨国公司技术优势的来源示意图。

| Abstract: | It is the core competitive of transnational corporation in internationalization management to have technology advantage.The variety region and the concentration trade is Chinese transnational corporation's characteristic.Based on this characteristic,combining with tradition transnational corporation theories、Louis T Wells' small extent technology theory and Sanjaya Lall's technology local theory,we summarize the source of Chinese transnational corporation's technology advantage,which is small extent characteristic 、the accumulation utilization of technology local 、technology interior between headquarters and detachment、technology diversion in marginal estate、transnational purchase and R&D globalization.Finally,the graph about the source of Chinese transnational corporation's technology advantage is drawn. |
