摘    要:大学生学习倦怠是当前普通高校较为普遍的现象.体育课倦怠是指大学生在体育课学习中,由于文化课学习压力、缺乏体育课学习兴趣、抑郁或兴趣转移以及重视不够等原因,而对体育课呈现出厌倦消极懈怠的态度和行为.体育课倦怠成因主要有:陈旧教育观念和传统教学模式的影响、体育教师的影响、较低的自我效能感、就业压力增大、自我控制和学习动机.应从培养学生正确的体育健身意识改革体育课教学模式、提高教师职业素质、培养学生的自我效能感、科学的自我调节和调整学习动机等方面对体育课倦怠进行干预

Abstract:Learning burnout is a common phenomenon of college students,and P.E.class burnout refers that college students in P.E.classes have no interests in P.E.class study,paying less attention on P.E.class learning,because of class study pressure and lack of interests or impression of spirits causing a kind of tireness attitude and behaviors.The main reasons of P.E.class burnout include: the dated educational idea,influence of traditionally educational mode,influence of teachers,lower self-efficient sense,increasing employment stress,self-domination and learning motivation.It should be intervened through cultivating student’s right setting-up consciousness,reforming educational mode,advancing teacher’s professional quality,bringing up student’s self-efficient sense and scientifically self-controlling and adjusting learning motivation.
