| 摘 要： | 现代社会伦理道德仍然是调整婚姻家庭关系的重要规范。法律因为无法触及人的情感世界、无法深入家庭关系内部，因而对婚姻家庭关系调整的作用非常有限。婚姻家庭和谐关系的建立，应主要依靠伦理道德规范的完善，辅之以社会舆论人性化的正向引导与道德教化，同时需要借助法律手段推进和保障。

| Abstract: | In modem society, ethics is still important norms for regulating relations in marriage and family. As the law cannot get into people＇ s emotional world or penetrate the internal relation of a family, it is limited in terms of improving relations in marriage and family. Therefore, the establishment of harmonious marriage and family relations should mainly rely on the improvement and regulation of code of ethics, complemented by the guide of positive public opinion and the moralization of moral values, as well as the use of legal means to promote and protect what. |
