| 摘 要： | 1913年，盛岛角房来中国，曾在绥远及鄂尔多斯的喇嘛庙内“修行”两年，被称为“日本喇嘛僧”，是有名的“蒙古浪人”。盛岛作为日本军部及外务省的“蒙古谍报勤务员”，曾两次赴外蒙古从事间谍活动。以张家口为基地广泛收集有关内蒙古各地的情报，并经常“随军服务”，积极为日本的满蒙侵略政策效力。1933年盛岛角房以民间人的身份担任关东军驻西鸟珠穆沁旗特务机关长，此期间他竭力拉拢并向关东军推荐德王。1936年1月阿巴嘎特务机关长在任时密谋策划了暗杀尼冠洲事件。1936年10月绥远抗战时，他任关东军百灵庙特务机关长。卢沟桥事变后“退居二线”，日本投降前任伪蒙疆政府参议。1946年病死于日本。

| Abstract: | Kaku Fusa Mori Shima,who came to China in 1913,and who practiced Buddhism in the lamaseries of Suiyuan and Ortos,called "Japanese Lama monk",was a famous "Mongolian Wanderer".As a "Mongolian spy odd-job man",serving in the Japanese Army and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,he was engaged in spy activities in Mongolia.On the use of bases in Zhang jiakou,he collected the information of Inner Mongolia extensively and often served in the army,rendering a service to the invasion of Manchuria and Inner Mongolia.In 1933,being a folk,Kaku Fusa Mori Shima acted as head of spy office for the Northeast Army stationed at West Wuzhumu qing Banner.During this time he tried his best to win De Wang(TEH WANG,PRINCE DEMCHUKDONGRUB) and recommended him to the Northeast Army.In January,1936,he,as head of office of Abaga plotted behind the scene to assassinate Niguanzhou.In October,1936 during Suiyuan Anti-Japanese War,he acted as head of spy office of the Northeast Army in Bailing Temple.After the July 7 Incident of 1937,he withdrew to the second line of duty.Before Japanese surrender,he acted as counselor in the puppet Mongolian Frontier government.He died of illness in Japan in 1946. |
