| 摘 要： | 数字化网络化环境的发展使图书馆服务面临新的挑战。知识转移能力成为现代图书馆的核心能力之一。认为传统图书馆的知识转移方式是基于编码化的信息网络范式,存在忽视隐性知识转移的不足。探讨了利用Web2.0技术构建基于社会网络范式的图书馆知识转移新模式,提高隐性知识转移能力的策略。

| Abstract: | The competence of knowledge transfer （KM） should become one of the library＇s critical competence. This paper considered that the KM methods of traditional library were informatization- networked paradigm based on encoding, which defects were attaching no weight to tacit knowledge. And a new strategy is suggested to construct new library＇s KM mode based on socialization- networked paradigm by use web2.0 technology to improve its tacit KM competence. |
