| 摘 要： | 从近年来发生的几起图书馆数字馆藏纠纷案入手，依据《著作权法》和《信息网络传播权保护条例》对图书馆合理使用的相关规定，提出图书馆购买所得的数字馆藏存在：合法使用、合理使用、限制使用和侵权使用四种可能，并对这几种情况分别进行了阐述。参考文献7。
